BRD’s LBBC Thermoclave, with working dimensions of 1.0m x 2.0m, is effectively a pressurised oven allowing the curing of parts at up to 105PSI to ensure excellent consolidation of the finished part. While not the largest autoclave, it has the advantage of allowing the vast majority of components to be cured, with fast cooling and refresh times, enabling production of the best quality part at the lowest running costs.

The autoclave and oven feature Eurotherm multi-stage programmable PID controllers, plus, on the autoclave, RS485 link for data logging.

For particularly sensitive components for premier motorsport, it is also possible to log surface temperature data at 6 points per job.
